What is the expected (E(x)) rate of O2 convulsions when exposed to 100% 
at 30 FSW?  I have not found any expected rates for expsoures in the 
range of 30-90 minutes as would occur with IWR.  Realizing the high rate 
of varability in human tolerance what is experienced in chamber operations?

This information is useful in evaluating the relative risk of IWR when 
the optimal equipment configuration (is. FFW with gas switching 
capabilities) is not available.
