John, do you really believe I do not know anything about rebreathers? Give me a break. We use a system that works for our whole team with no excuses or problems, integrates with DIR perfectly, and is so simple as to be the obvious choice for real diving - we are not trying to impress anyone with our "techieness", and as a result, we have the track record to go with our choice, and so do the Cis Lunar and Inspiration crowds. The fact is that every manufacuter of every gimmick on this planet has tired to get me to dive their rig, and until Jack Kellon came along I did nothing but try them in a pool as a courtesy before coming to the obvious conclusion that has been proven correct by the track reocrd of thes devices and those who use them. No thanks. You do not understand a thing of our system, as evidenced by your preoccupation with bottles being on one side. We have been over and over that, and the simple version of the answer is that you again need to go back and look at the entire system, and stop trying to nitpick it with your incomplete vision of it. You might also try using the right bottles, instead of boat anchors for stages and deco gas. The only way we identify gas is with the MOD, and it makes no difference whether it is meters or feet, we do not put anything but mod on the bottle and that is that - no confusion there. We do not dive with strokes who do otherwise. Redundant deco gas? Give me a break. We dive as teams, tough guy, and we also know the deco alternatives, and recognize the way to deco out on what we have available, and do not do ocean exposures that require massive obligatory deco. If we did, we would have safety divers and extra gas on the boat. John, by now one would think that the reality or what we have done and what influence we are having wotul be sinking in with some of you - clearly it is not. You should have brought up some of this silliness with me when I was over there last - we could have had you straightened out in a matter of minutes.
