In her field, she is an expert.The vit E recommendation is a valid one. One would be well advised to increase the E intake when deco diving. Just make sure that you use the Alpah Tocopherol D (natural) as opposed to the DL (synthetic) as the natural seems to have a slightly better benefit. Even for just rec diving, I up my vit E intake somewhat. George and Bill have some sage advise with this one and the reserarch bears it out.
