I agree.    Post-dive exersion is one of the contributory factors of DCS.
What other precautions do the WKPP take if I might ask?   Some of the ons I try
to follow for every dive are:

     1.   Start hydrating 12 hours before dive and for 6 hours after.
     2.   Avoid exercise/exercion immediately following dive.
     3.  Avoid strenuous exercise before dive.
     4.  Treat first half hour after dive as a decompression stop.
     5.  Avoid alcohol 12 hours before dive and at least four hours aftter.
     6.  Add conservatism into dive profile.
     7.  Take aspirin daily on high dive activity.
     8.   Do not dive with any injuries/sprains.
     9.  Always do 15/3 safety stop whether needed or not.
     10.  Ascend no faster than 30fsw per minute.
     11.  Limit movement/cavitation during decompression stops.
     12.  Take daily multi-vitamins
     13.  Seldom dive air.
     14.  Gear up at a restful rate (avoid task-loading)
