Thank you all those who have replied. My apologies, I should have
included the following statement in the original message.

I am hoping to post a complete account of the incident. I wanted
to get permission from the person involved first and I am hoping
to use her own report.

I spoke with her at the weekend and I will be at her house tonight
to do some lecture training with her husband. So I may be able to
post something tomorrow.

She feels perfectly okay now and is keen to dive if she feels that
the risks are acceptable - thus my request. It couldn't have happened
at a worse time because she is going on a diving holiday in under two
weeks and now has to stick to snorkelling :-(
