We think so. Our "nitrox" is really trimix with high oxygen. For example, our 120 foot deco gas is 35% oxygen, but has helium in it. If we are travelling with a "deco" gas or are diving at that depth instead of just sitting, it is definitely trimix with > 30% helium. Only the absolute worst idiot would try to use nitrox at trimix depths, yet guess what ? This is what the agencies teach. They are so stupid as to have an "air equavalent depth" for trimx diving calcuatiuons that is less than what they teach for nitrox diving, but then what else would you expect from idiots?
