When wearing a harness and diving a single tank set-up, I route the long hose under the knife sheath and/or utility pocket which is worn on the left/front side, behind the buckle on the waist strap. Some people route extra hose under the buckle, rather than routing under the pocket, but I prefer not to trap it that way (deploying it would require an extra tug -- not really a big deal, but...). Although I'm not familiar with your BC, I think you could route the hose under your integrated weight pocket in the same manner.
