With skin inside they are more flexible and also much warmer. Even at 3/8 thickness the suit is still flexible and practical to use although somewhat more cumbersome. This is the only rubber I will use for a wetsuit. If you want good suits made from this material I recommend "The Wetsut Factory" in CA. Their prices are very reasonable. I use the suits for urchin diving in the winter here in New England. I am often wearing the suit all day. If you plan on wearing it for 8 hrs a day I strongly recommend "skin inside" even though it may be more difficult to get on. -- Send mail for the `techdiver' mailing list to `techdiver@aquanaut.com'.
