Tom,
The point of the matter is color coding and plastering with so many
stickers you can't see anything makes no sense at all and confuses the
matter (and the divers). Having nothing but the gas mixture percent does
nothing but confuse matters. We've been saying this over and over for
years, having the MOD for the gas written in plain letters on the side
makes the most simple solution that has proven itself over and over.
As for the sillyness of "poodle jackets", what happens when I screw up
and put the wrong poodle jacket on the wrong tank? If the tank's not
properly marked, but as long as I have the poodle jacket, I should be
OK, right? Come on, ask Bobby McGuirre how that worked when he had "TANK
1", "TANK 2", and "REG 1", and "REG 2". Oh wait, you can't, he's dead.
Tom, if I remove you from my CC list should I start sending you
invitations to the funerals that keep happening until people start doing
it right?
