I don't actually DO the duct tape gaiter thing, but I have seen it and
it does work, although it makes you look like you learned gear
configuration off of "handyman corner".  So, just to re-iterate the
list of contraindications:

Zip ties, duct tape, suicide clips, bondage, quick releases and
anythink pink.

Incidentally, anyone currently using pink duct tape to hold together
broken zip ties - contact Bill Stone for job opening.
