John you can get the Erick Baker's program, featuring Bulhman ZHL16b
and handling Trimix and deep stops with his Gradient Factor method,
you can get the original source code written for Fortran, the program
itself compiled for DOS, with Fortran GNU, and a great post from Erick
with lots of info about the code and decompression. ALL is Freeware:

http://personal.redestb.es/jep/decocalc/decocalc.zip
but lately the server is down.

so you'd be better to go to Jim Cobb's page:
ftp://ftp.cisatlantic.com/outgoing/DECOCALC.ZIP
