NASDS is associated with ANDI, or at least is at the shop I've been to. I believe they only required 1 dive on the gas, for a basic cert allowing custom mixtures to 40%. They did require a valid credit card, however ;-) I just called Ocean Oddysea for info about their class at tek, just for laughs. It's listed as $125 for the class, $30 for the book, for the class session for basic IANTD nitrox (nitrox I & II only). The lady I spoke to said they planned on making nitrox certification dives off their boat Wed, Thurs, and Fri after tek, and then Mix dives on Saturday. The boat ride, nitrox dives & c-card processing fees would total an additional $125, if I understood her correctly. Don't quote me on that. Didn't ask about mix stuff on Saturday. There were no new seminars at tek that they are involved in, but I hear through the grapvine that attendance is very, very much up for the conference this year and more seminars have been added that didn't make the schedule.
