One of the rec.scuba posting concerning Bill's death mentioned that
he was trained by Parker Turner. There was also mention of the irony
that Parker Turner died caving last year.

What happened with Parker Turner? Why was his dive also not successful?
Anyone with an ear close to the tech-diving community know anymore on
this accident?
