Also, as an industrial designer I already suffered for stolen ideas or projects (which are two totally different things) and I'm in the position of fully understanting the issue. I would like to better explain I'm not complaining single events or circumstances, I was speaking about a behaviour which is negative in itself. I must declare I don't know all the details but for what I know, from my personal point of view, in absence of undiscovered treasures, I think it started completely wrong from the beginning, with an absurd competition an fight. When a general and public interest is the game, which is represented by evolution and knowledge, "SHARE" is my mind and I can't understand any kind of claim and limited rights. This is what I feel and the reason why I entered this thread. What happens if we use the same motivations on the "UNESCO Document on Wreck Diving"? Unesco and the Diving community would be asy represented by WKKP and USDCT, who is the one and who is the other? Who is right and who is wrong? I think the problem is the argument itself, a new - unnecessary - regulation to "protect" the wrecks of the world. But somedody else would say something different because of his own interests. What do you say if I ask you "is it good to <protect> all the wrecks around the world?" and if I ask you "is it good to deny <wreck diving> all around the world?" I'm sure you would give me two opposite answers, but the question is exactly the same, the only difference is in the point of view. We can solve this kind of problems only if we change our own menthality and we accept sharing knowledge and experience as the only way to progress and limit fatalities. Sorry to be so long and I apologize for mistakes or incorrect use of the language which is not my first one.
