It's about time this thread ended...it has been kicked to death and Sean S's
post about states it all.  If you need the pony as am "oh shit, I'm in the
wreck and my reg just failed" then doubles are a better way to go.  If you
need it to extend out a single tank dive then maybe you should get a bigger
tank, better eyes to check your SPG, or get in shape and cut your RMV down.
