Possible solutions:

1. If you are using a drysuit, you keep too much air in it or could use 
some gators.
2. You are wearing your rig too high, you have your shoulder straps too 
tight. Loosen the sholder straps and tighten up on the crotch strap.
3. HP100's are buoyant, change to LP tanks, 95's 104's etc.
4. You just need some getting used to the dynamics of your rig, dive with 
it a few more times before you pass verdict.
