I have been diving with double steel H. P 100 and a Classic Scuba Pro jacket style BC without ever having any body attitude problems, since changing to a wing and an aluminum back plate with a continuos harness (Hogarthian style) with the same tanks the problem started. When I'm diving I seem to be falling forward and if I completely relax my head goes down and feet come up almost in a vertical position, consequently it's a constant battle to remain in horizontal position. I have the bands set on the tanks as far up as possible and had mounted the back plate to the tanks with the top and bottom holes on the first two dives. I have since mounted the back plate thru the second hole from the top and the bottom hole with the intention of lowering the tanks on my back. I'm still having the same problem and running out of holes and don't want to use any ankle weights. Needless to say I spoke to a few people about this problem. No one seems to know a remedy, so this is my last resort. I would truly appreciate any suggestions on the problem. Thank you -- Send mail for the `techdiver' mailing list to `techdiver@aquanaut.com'.
