Kevin,

I run tables as well with my Cochran, backup AIR Solution and watch.
With lots of the wrecks that sit-up 30-40 feet off the bottom you know
you'll get more bottom time by using a computer. If you plan to stay in
the sand and do it then yes the tables are fine. I usually run my
tables for the sand but dive my computer while watching the tables and
backup computer to ensure things are OK. When my Cochran is working
properly it's great and I get much longer bottom times than following my
tables alone.

Art.

	What's the point then?

You're using one really reliable bottom timer that cost under
$200 and one
really complex (read: unreliable) bottom timer that cost over
$700.00.

A watch and a bottom timer is all that's needed. I don't even
bother with
the watch, myself. (but, then again, I'm not doing those crazy
:25
	second deep stops.. :)
