I've had a DUI FLX 50/50 since April, and I'm very happy with it. The torso of the suit is trilaminate, and the legs are crushed neoprene. I had previously owned a DUI TLS 350 suit. After many years of hard use, I was seeing some wear on that one. I don't notice a difference in the feel of the suit during the dive. The CF200X (neoprene) portion of the suit takes longer to dry than the TLS 350 portion, but that's not a big deal. I chose this suit because I thought the crushed neoprene in the legs would be more durable. Because I teach recreational scuba courses, the knee cap was the main wear point in the old suit, but after 9 years, I have no complaints about the performance of the TLS 350 either. By the way, I use this suit for cave diving, as well as open water dives. > Perhaps the smartest suit for technical diving (wreck and ocean, not cave) > would be a FLX 50/50 with the best of both worlds (TLS trilaminate and > CF200) incorporated in one suit.? > Any comments from FLX 50/50 users? -- Send mail for the `techdiver' mailing list to `techdiver@aquanaut.com'.
