Al, If you need a good dry suit, go for DUI. The TLS 350 is a good choice, if you need something more durable maybe the Flex 50/50 would be more to your liking, if you need something really ruged, try the CF200X. Do not go for a thick neoprene suit as it looses it's buoyancy at depth and you'll need more gas in your suit/BC to keep yourself neutral. A neoprene suit is not the most comfortable suit you can buy, that would be the TLS 350, and if it is flooded it will only provide sufficient buoyancy at the surface, not at depth.
