Soo Seng did not know exactly what came with the RB. Our literature is/was rather vaque in that regard. A real piece of information will be available shortly before DEMA 99. I am sure Soo Seng had good intentions, but in this early phase of RB dealer/instructional infastructure development, few have what it takes-TOTAL committment to DIR.
