I have heard it referred to as a "Christmas-Tree Ladder".

The Wahoo ladder is especially nice because it is at the perfect angle and
also you only have to climb up to the swim platform,
which is just a couple of inches above the water level. In addition, it
hangs low enough in the water that you don't have to hoist
yourself up with your arms to get your feet into it. (Which makes a big
difference when your gear weighs 50% more than you
do -- which is the case for me.)
