I know my friends and I refer to this ladder as a "T-Ladder". The one you refer to on the Seeker we call a "Rung Ladder". There are boats up here that have both. The majority of the boats I've dived from have the "T-Ladder". The Wahoo has a variation on the "T-Ladder" in that it has side rails. A really beneficial option in rough seas!
