I probably scrwed something up, 'cuz I don't use it myself, but here's what
zplan came up with with a single setpoint of 0% conservatism, and 130fsw,
40min, Air:

Waypoint at 130ft for 40:00 (42) on Air, PPO2 1.036, END 130
Norm Stop at 30ft for 6:06 (52) on Air, PPO2 0.401, END 30
Norm Stop at 20ft for 56:00 (109) on Air, PPO2 0.337, END 20

TOTAL DECO TIME: 62 minutes.
DIVE RUN TIME: 108 minutes.
CNS Total: 15.1%
OTU's: 44
Time to Fly: 8.0 Hours

A little conservative, no? I don't have decom here, I'm out of town.
