Someone already figured all of this out.  

Any mix is 130fsw or less END and a 1.4 or less PPO2 MOD

it's probably a 21/30.  A really handy mix, actually.

Not exactly rocket science.

There's nothing wrong with using mix for "shallow" diving.  

Try it sometime, you'll like it.
