I'll vote for that.  Might be nice to start 'em on 28% or something
to help out those dives under #2.... but still much better than
what we have today.  

Heck you'd be able to put all your dive patches on one shoulder... 
how are you supposed to immitate a Russian General without all the PADI 
badges?

Shame it has to be such a fantasy...
