Here's a thought. Add helium to an empty tank then top with Nitrox pre-mix.
Select the amount of helium to get a final FO2/MOD for the planned dive.

Interestingly, no matter what FO2 you select, the END (for N2 only) at MOD
will always be the same as the END for the Nitrox premix at its MOD.

The proof is left to the reader.
