Art,

Why not take a gas blending course. Sure, there is an initial outlay of
coin,  but then you mix your own. And lets face it, this is not rocket
science. When I teach and dive, I buy a T-bottle of O2 for $23 CDN and a
T-botle of He for $60. It ain't that expensive to do it yourself! It's cheap
enough that I dive He in almost all of my dives.
