The word I don't understand is "encourage". I thought you were an 
instructor.

The problem is, Garrett, that when you are following rather than leading 
the pack, the view really gets tiresome, would you not agree? So why 
don't you "instruct" your students to not dive deep on air rather than 
"encourage", I promise I won't turn you in to Gilliam.
