Ahhh! This must be what deep air mavens mean when they refer to
becoming acclimatized to narcosis. From the posts suggesting
hot nitrox and other silliness we see that they have become
so acclimatized that the "head up the ass" effect does not
not taper off appreciably when they are at 1.0 ATA.

In effect, semper deep has become semper "head up the ass".
