  Andy,

   Are these people going to use single tanks and have no regard to their air
consumption, dive/deco time and buoyancy control? These are the divers Garret
wanted to discuss. Not just open water only certs, and open water gear, but no
regard for technique or mindset.
   
  Some dives are not for everyone, and if there is another, safer, dive site
availible, divers like the ones Garrett wants to discuss should go there.
Thats what I wanted to say. And I am not saying gear can replace technique,or
mindset, or experience, either.
