Subject: SCOOTERS BEING BUILT
Since we are sidelined for three months while dillatantes displace us,
I have plenty of time to build everything that anyone needs. That is
anyone not associated with "usdct".

Several of our guys are needing scooters, and I have oredered all of
the parts to make them, and am in the process of making a huge run of
these devices.

I need to know first of all who on our team is going to need them, and
then I need to know who on other teams needs them. The more I make at
once, the easier it is.

The volume we deal in makes it possible to get the best stuff, and the
proceeds in excess of that support the WKPP, and extremely expensive
project to operate. My personal outlays on this project are approaching
$300,000 over the last nine years, and now the size and scope of the
project are enormous.

These scooters are all interchangeable in every part, all have brand
new high speed motors, all have the best of everything in them, and all
are as usual, fully backed by WKPP. I fix them all even though in 99% of
problems, it is the abuse of the operator. However, there are not too
many problems - scooters are scooters, we all know that.

If you are not assciated with the enemy, and even suspect you want one
of these, let me know so I can get it all done while I am sitting around
waiting for these idiots to get out of my way.

I can tell you right now that there is no way any of you can make one
any cheaper, and there is no way any of you can make one any better - I
am the master of this one. Do not waste five cents dealing in fakes of
these scooters- any money spent like that is thrown away - you can't get
it right , as there is way too much involved that is not apparent to the
naked eye. Just ask the strokes from the "usdct' who tried to copy
them.

Let me know so I can plan accordingly.
