Subject: O2 sampler media?

I just made another O2 analyzer and am interested in making my own O2 
samplers as shown in Oxy Hackers.  I have the fittings and only need to 
know what material is used for the flow restriction.  It only says 
"filter media" and doesn't specify what kind or where to get it.  Is this 
just a stack of sintered metal filters from regulators, or can one get 
the sintered material in a thicker piece and cut it until you get the 
right flow?
