Haha! Well Chris, I have no problem wagering other's money for what
I think to be promising but not risk free technology.
Keep in mind that in a tactical defense situation people are being
killed. Sadly, that's par for the course. Our goal is to offer advice
and assessment that will support the best use of available assets in
order to produce the most favorable outcome. As you may imagine,
that does not mean that risk is reduced for all individuals.
There is no doubt that the advice of any type of decision support
system  in the context of tactical defense, if acted upon, will place
some individuals at great risk.
