John, I've posted compilations of incident reports to the lists
a number of times in response to the TDI and IANTD stooges who's
usual tactic in the face of unpleasant news about their falibility
of their calling is to stick their fingers in their ears, screw
their eyes tightly shut, and yell "didn't happen, didn't happen,
prove it, prove it." In fact I put a list together for a Ms Petersen
a couple of days ago. You'll find it in the archives.

Spoken like a true IANTD stooge.

There were no technical diving deaths last year that
DIDN'T involve a technical instructor. What a concept!

Like the one you posted in which you recommended running your
regulators off the wrong posts so you kill your buddy with a
roll-off?

John the only room you require is a padded one.
