I don't think diluent temp. makes much difference until it's cold enough to liquify the gas -- in which case I'd just watch. That may not be correct but perhaps a physicist is looking in and can say more. As for the rebreather documentary; aquaCorps and I began the production as a co-venture and I am now trying to complete it on my own. I have over 10 hours of new, archival, interview, diving footage in the can. What you saw was a "sample" of sequences I shot. When post-production funds are secured the editing will be performed and it will be available thru the Technical Diving Video Library which is soon to be listed on Aquanaut Classifieds. The idea is that with completion of the video ALL divers, tech or not, will be able to make an informed opinion about using this technology. aquaCorp's Closed circuit issue is a great pile of information, and the July 94 issue of Sport Diver has a general info article I wrote. The Dec. issue of Scuba Times put together several rebreather articles for their Advanced Diving Journal section. These publications will help you find information but the units are still hard to track down. That's changing tho -- and fast...... -- Christopher A.
