i am an insurances agent & will be happy to either write a policy (if it cna
be arranged per my license) or i will get you in touch with someone that can
help you. some companies have a modest surcharge that can be adjusted after a
few years. it also depends on the type of diving that you do as to how you
will be treated.
the fact is that even though you may belives that the deat rate is abomonable
(even one a yr is IMHO) the total numbers have remained relativly constant
over tiem & infact is probably much lower per capita than most "hazardous"
sports.
