To quote our esteemed Vice President, Al "The Tree" Gore, "There is no 
controlling authority." So all you have to do is find someone with a 
computer and laserprinter and whip out a card declaring yourself a trimix 
diver. There's no law against doing this.

And whats good enough for the Vice President of the United States of 
America is good enough for me. Now if I can just get Hillary and my wife 
together....

Make sure you laminate your new card, this impresses the dive store 
monkeys.

Also get your self a copy of the oxy-hackers handbook, it will explain 
all and also invoke a bit of fear in you, which is good when you are 
doing this sort of thing.
