Check the techdiver archives.  You should find stuff there.
Search for narcosis, or even O2 narcosis.

I'm not sure anyone claims to understand the exact physiology going on,
but by some "theories" O2 actually should be twice as narcotic
as nitrogen based on solubility.  Needless to say, this is a controversial
issue as everyone learn "inert-gas narcosis" in open water 1 and
O2 is not an inert gas....

Anyway, like I said, check the archives.

For me I simply plan on nitrox only for the deco benefit, not
for any narcosis reduction.

As Jim would attest, my one brain cell is pretty over-taxed
as it is.  A little narcosis reduction probably won't help :-0
