JEZZZZZ guys, give the diving industry some thought.  The industry has
tried to set some sort of standards which would effective and reliable. 
Its one thing if you fill your own gases like many of us do but you
can't expect the general shmow to bring any unmarked cylinder into a
shop and get 100% O2 pumped into it. PP blending in mind! If you have
any other way of making the industry as well as the divers safe GREAT,
lets here it.    John
