Are these the ones that were recalled? Look at the pressure rating, the old USD AL72 is rated for 2,475 psi, NOT 3,000 (don't want to hear any POPs... I recently spoke to USD's tank expert, who tells me these were not recalled (the cylinder we were discussing was ALCAN 1972). About the only reason I could find for keeping this tank was for a stage bottle, since it's about 10lbs. positve... According to them, the recalled tanks were early '80's AL 80's, that had a high lead content in the alloy to make them less bouyant.
