What I was arguing is that it need not be, that if we'd give up on this silly notion of dive boats being mother protector then maybe as unfoundaed as most of these cases are, they would become even more so. As I said, most on this list have little surprise when a dive boat is sued. In fact many seem to believe that it is proper. But most also would be surprised if the bus that took you to the ski slope was sued as it seems rediculous that they would have had any part in you getting hurt. I propose that those should be contradictory points of view. Make the dive boat, just like the ski bus... a method of transportation.
