None of us will be sued, I have zero concern for this---anything I say is either truth or opinion. If you want to try to sue me, go ahead, take your best shot. Also, I have NOTHING to do with GUE. I know some of the people in it. I know how it's standards will be superior to IANTD and TDI . I'm not an instructor, and I never will be---that's not what I like about diving. I am into tech diving, and have been since about '89. I don't like to see people die, particularly from mistakes which could have been easily prevented. I would hope this is an area you would agree with. GUE has been called for by frequent deaths and too many mistakes in other agencies. People have been asking for a WKPP type instruction for years now. Dobson, you have your time line wrong,..... and it was the deaths and catastrophic errors made by others that ushers in GUE. Bashing without these deaths and scores of accidents, would not have given rise to GUE. GUE will never be large, and will never compete with IANTD or TDI for the masses. And my biggest concerns lately are regarding future deaths caused by rebreather flaws and certain gear configurations, neither of which has anything to do with future GUE students, since GUE will only teach use of safe gear----this should be obvious---our concern is for people who are NOT "Doing it Right".
