Dan,

I have to agree with your sentiments on the score card...  I am new to the realm
of Tech, but I am learning and one of the first things I learned is how many so
called Technical Divers had not a clue as to what they are doing... With that in
mind we have to be able to warn new comeres of these frauds... And, furthermore,
if these newcomers don't have proper instruction from the start, and go off and
continue to kill themselves and others... what is the posibility of the
government to start regulating our sport...
