Um, this certainly depends on the individual. Even with arthritis, and being somewhat overweight, I can reach back and turn the air in a center mounted tank on and off. It is certainly something that you should do yourself as a drill before you need to do it. I have a manifold system that I bought from Diver's Supply, which I believe is the same one that Dive Rite sells. It has a isolation valve.
