No.  Bruce's light uses an 8 NiCad rechargeable battery pack and an H3
halogen bulb, not a sealed beam bulb.  The housing is custom made from
aluminum.   By the way, I paid about $425 for it a year ago, in case anybody
cares (I know that cost is of little importance in this field!).
