Alan,

The information regarding a settlement offer makes no sense at this time. A
case has not been filed, the attorney would not even have permission to
offer 1 dollar much less the amount you where told. Someone is dreaming of
gold when they should not even be involved in the process. I know the
various parties involved and understand the true facts, no offer was made or
discussed. Do not rely on people you cannot trust, you know how we feel
about this.

It is time we all move onto creating safety advancements that may help
prevent such events in the future. I am offering the SELFRESCUE.COM website
as a site for safety advancement ideas, accident reporting and analysis.
Anyone interested should email me directly with suggestions for the site.
