the family states the offer did occur. I am at a loss to explain, as you are,
for the same reasons. ie no case filed yet, no firm hired untill memorial day,
ect. the only thing I can come up with is one camp is really worried.

putting that aside, I think the idea of a foundation, in honor of Jane, to
help move the needed safety changes into the industry is a great idea.

with the help of some dedicated and motavated folks, we can effect a positive
change.
