Derrick is being allowed to be responsible for the safety of students on a
HydroAtlantic dive??????

Can ANYBODY figure out the logic or the moral efficacy of this???

Tom. Put your foot down. You CAN NOT ALLOW this, accepted proceedure or not.
Do you have ANY idea how this looks??? Do you have any idea how serious
IANTD will be effected if someone now in Derrick "care" has an accident????
Do you have ANY idea how the relatives and people close to Jane feel about
this???

Do I need to book myself on the next trip I hear Derrick is on with
students??? I may just have to do this. If I show up, you  KNOW what I will
tell the students......You also know how much I'd love to have Derrick
attempt to "physically" cause me to leave :-)  Will you let it come to
this????
C'mon Tom.  Make an executive decision.
