I can mail you the code (in .tar.gz) format, its pretty darned small (40k)... its not quite the original, as my compiler was much pickier than Dave's, so a lot of prototyping was needed... shouldn't effect the computations, but all things being equal, if you can find an original distribution source, that would be better.
